How fast can you actually start?

Within two weeks of contract signature. We don't take engagements we can't staff senior-only.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — mutually, before any architecture conversation.

Will you compete with us?

No. We don't operate our own prop firm, broker, or community. Conflicts kill referrals.

Who owns the IP?

You do. The contract assigns all copyright, design, and code to you on final payment.

Do you handle the broker side?

We integrate with your broker. We do not act as one and we do not custody funds.

What if I need ongoing changes?

Studio retainer. Reserved senior capacity, monthly. Six-month minimum.

Can you take equity in lieu of cash?

On select engagements. We're picky — strong PMF, clean cap table, founder-led.

What stops you from being expensive?

Nothing. We're not the right fit if you need cheap. We're the right fit when shipping the wrong system would cost you more.
